Indoor cycling is all about building your strength and endurance. Classes are high energy and full of upbeat music. Different moves combined with endurance rounds target your entire body. You control your own resistance levels and sprint speed so you can build up your training level over time.
Cost
$5 or included in your monthly membership or Fit Pass.
