Leap Day Challenge

This is a 2020 PFC Challenge Series event.

Exercises consist of Jump Squats, Jumping Jacks, Box Jump and more.
Each station will last 30 seconds.

Open to Soldiers, Family members, Retirees, and DoD Civilians who are age 16 and older.
