Brandt Sensei teaches the GOJU KAI & GOJU RYU forms of Karate.
He is one of very few Senseis’ to teach both the Japanese and Okinawa versions of Karate. Karate deals with an equal amount of punches and kicks, and is a very well balanced discipline.
📌 Attire: New students are to wear sweatpants or any long pants. No shorts or skirts. No tank tops.
