The "No Quit" Challenge
Join us for a motivating week-long challenge designed to help you recommit to your fitness goals!

How to Join & Start Strong!

Kick-Off (Jan 9th): Stop by Gertsch PFC to write down your "WHY" on our "No Quit Wall." This is the moment you commit!

Select Your Activity: Choose the duration/activity you will stick to every day for the challenge:

Walk/Run for 30 minutes or longer.

Complete at least 2 strength workouts (e.g., legs, back, chest, etc.).

Cycle/Row for 30 minutes or longer.

Start the Challenge! Track your commitment for the full week!
