Join us for a high-energy event designed to build serious strength and target your back, biceps, and forearms. This challenge isn't about competing against the person next to you—it’s about pushing your own limits.

📅 Date: 1 April 2026
🕚 Time: 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM
📍 Location: Shaw PFC, Multipurpose Room
📝 Registration: Sign-ups begin at 10:30 AM on the day of the event.

You’ll tackle five powerhouse exercises. You choose the weight; we provide the motivation:

  • Hammer Curls: 3 Sets x 10 Reps

  • Pull-Ups: 3 Sets until failure

  • Lat Pulldowns: 3 Sets x 10 Reps

  • Seated Cable Rows: 3 Sets x 10 Reps

  • Deadlifts: 3 Sets x 8 Reps

Whether you are a seasoned lifter or looking to enhance your functional fitness, this is the perfect opportunity to get under some iron and see what you’re made of.
