Join MWR Sports & Fitness for our 9/11 Hero WOD First Responder Recognition.
Registration starts at 5pm.
Event starts at 5:30pm.
Open to all.
Heats run every 7 minutes.
Consists of 9 exercises with 11 reps each.
Social distancing guidelines will be enforced.
