Fort Campbell MWR will hold an open bid auction for abandoned vehicles.  

Vehicles and equipment will be sold to the highest bidder.

Pre-Auction Viewing:
1 & 2 March, 11am to 1:30pm
4 & 5 March, 1pm to 3:30pm

Non-selected, pre-registered bidders that show up on auction day will be assigned numbers in the order they arrive and asked to wait in their vehicles until 8:45am.  If at 8:45am there are lottery selected bidders that have not arrived, non-selected pre-registered bidders will be allowed to enter based on the order they arrived that morning - until there are 200 bidders present.

Everyone must be at least 18 years of age to receive a paddle for bidding and to place a bid. 
Patrons must provide and wear a cloth face covering and gloves.
Social distancing will be enforced.


For vehicles - must be prepared to pay at least 50% of the winning bid on the day of the auction. Items requiring titling can be picked up the following week (exact dates tba) after balance is paid in full. 

For items that don't require titling - must be prepared to pay in full on the day of the auction and items can be picked up NLT 3:30pm on the day of the auction.

Accepted forms of payment are cash, check or credit card.

Pickup days and times will be capped at two weeks from the auction.
10-12 March, 8:30am to 4pm
15-18 March, 8:30am to 4pm
Any vehicle left after the two weeks will be considered a forfeit and be set for the next auction, unless other arrangements are made with management.

ONLY the lottery selected bidders will be allowed to enter. 
No guests will be allowed.
No one under the age of 12 will be allowed to attend. 
Please do not bring babies, toddlers, strollers, carriers, and pets. 

We reserve the right to withdraw any equipment prior to or during the auction. Any announcements made the day of the auction will supersede any previously  marketed information.

Free to attend.

Registration Information

Eligible patrons may register for the bidders lottery, March 1 - 5 during regular business hours at the Air Assault Auto Towing Office, 5300 Airborne Street.

A maximum of 200 bidders will be selected via a lottery conducted at 5pm on March 5, and notified via email.
