Fort Campbell MWR will hold an open bid auction for abandoned vehicles.  
Vehicles and equipment will be sold to the highest bidder.

OPEN to Soldiers, Dependents, Retirees, DoD Civilians, & Civilians
(Must be age 18+ to register.)

Eligible patrons may register for the bidders lottery, 13 - 30 September, during regular business hours at the Air Assault Auto Towing Office, 5300 Airborne Street.  Must be age 18+ to register.

ONLY the lottery selected bidders will be allowed to enter. 
No guests will be allowed. 
NO children or pets will be allowed in the auction lot.

Bidders will be selected via a lottery conducted at 3pm on 01 October and winners will be notified via email.

Non-selected, pre-registered bidders on-site the day of the auction will be assigned numbers in the order they arrive.  at 8:45am on 2 October, these patrons will be allowed to fill in any no-show spaces, in order of their arrival numbers.

Maximum number of bidders is 250.

Patrons must provide and wear a cloth face covering and gloves.
Social distancing will be enforced.

Only bidders and staff will be allowed in the auction area.  NO guests.

Pre-Auction Viewing:
27 & 28 September, 11am to 1:30pm
29 & 30 September, 1pm to 3:30pm

For vehicles - must be prepared to pay at least 50% of the winning bid on the day of the auction. Items requiring titling can be picked up the following week after balance is paid in full. 

For items that don't require titling - must be prepared to pay in full on the day of the auction and items can be picked up NLT 3:30pm on the day of the auction.

Accepted forms of payment are cash, check or credit card.

Pickup days and times will be capped at two weeks from the auction.
6-8 October, 8:30am to 4pm
11-15 October, 8:30am to 4pm
Any vehicle left after the two weeks will be considered a forfeit and be set for the next auction, unless other arrangements are made with management.

We reserve the right to withdraw any equipment prior to or during the auction. Any announcements made the day of the auction will supersede any previously  marketed information.

Free to attend.
