Abandoned Vehicles Open Bid Auction

Fort Campbell MWR will hold an open bid auction for abandoned vehicles.  
Vehicles and equipment will be sold to the highest bidder.

OPEN to Soldiers, Dependents, Retirees, DoD Civilians, & Civilians
(Must be age 18+ to register.)

Only children age 12 and older will be allowed on the auction lot.  

Pre-Auction Viewing:
27 & 28 March, 11am - 1:30pm
29 & 30 March, 1:30pm - 3:30pm

Register for Bidding:
Eligible patrons can register for bidding, 20-31 March 2023 during normal business hours at Air Assault Auto, 5300 Airborne Street.

Details:

Only registered bidders and staff will be allowed on the lot during the auction.

Vehicles and equipment will be sold to the highest bidder in as-is condition.

Announcements made day of the auction supersede any previously marketing information.

Auction will take place rain or shine.

For vehicles - must be prepared to pay at least 50% of the winning bid on the day of the auction. Items requiring titling can be picked up the following week after balance is paid in full. 

For items that don't require titling - must be prepared to pay in full on the day of the auction and items can be picked up from 9am to 3:30pm on Monday, 03 Apr 2023.

Accepted forms of payment are cash, check or credit card.

Pickup days and times:
05-21 April, Monday - Friday, 9am - 3pm
Any vehicle left after the two weeks will be considered a forfeit and be set for the next auction, unless other arrangements are made with management.

We reserve the right to withdraw any equipment prior to or during the auction. Any announcements made the day of the auction will supersede any previously  marketed information.
