OPENING CEREMONY - September 11 at 4pm
Surviving Families, Units, Soldiers, Family members and the local community may pay their respects to our Fallen service members. Visitors can leave messages, photos, coins, and trinkets with the boots, as anything attached to a boot will stay with the boot each year. An information table will be staffed from 8 a.m. until 4 p.m. daily. Please do not remove boots and their tags from the DIV HQs lawn.
