Army MWR Library Virtual Author Series: Kelly & Zach Weinersmith

🪶✍🏼 Army MWR Libraries invite you to an entertaining virtual presentation with Kelly and Zach Weinersmith, critically acclaimed, bestselling authors and creators of A City on Mars: Can We Settle Space, Should We Settle Space, and Have We Really Thought This Through?

The promise of starting life anew somewhere far away—free from climate change and doomscrolling—makes settling the stars seem within reach. But is it really a good idea? With deep scientific expertise, a sharp sense of humor, and original art from Zach (creator of Saturday Morning Breakfast Cereal), the Weinersmiths tackle humanity's biggest questions about becoming multiplanetary. From the logistics of making babies in space and corporate governance to space law, lunar housing crises, and why astronauts love taco sauce, this conversation covers every space question you've ever wondered about—and many you haven't!
