Discover Fort Campbell: Family Day at Lake Kyle

Join us for our July Discover Fort Campbell: Family Day at Lake Kyle! We will be at Lake Kyle from 9am-12pm.

Get outside, meet new people and discover what the beautiful Fort Campbell area has to offer. Our Goal is to give participants a fun and educational experience learning multiple outdoor and camping activities.

This event will feature stations for:

-Canoe/Kayaking – Participants will learn fundamentals of Canoe/Kayak safety and operation.
-Nature Crafts – Participants will use natural materials provided by staff to make a simple and unique keepsake.
-Campsite Set Up – Participants will be instructed on environmentally friendly base camp setup and leave no trace practices.
-Fishing/Nature Spotting – By coordinating with Fort Campbell Fishing and Wildlife participants will learn about local wildlife and basic fishing knowledge.
-Outdoor Food/Fire 101 – At the pavilion, participants will learn how to build a fire responsibly and learn easy cooking with a campfire.
