You are invited to enjoy an afternoon of “PLAY”- Family Fun Fitness hosted by Estep Wellness Center!
Working on fitness as a Family is a great way to set an example, bond together, reintegrate and get motivated.
Spring is here so let's head outside to Cole Park where we can exert some energy, embrace nature, use the playground in a whole new way and get connected.
Snacks will be provided.
