Child and Youth Services (CYS) would like to remind you that all CYS staff and children (anyone who attends/uses CYS Programs) are required to get a flu shot.
Blanchfield Army Community Hospital will open a temporary flu vaccine clinic for three weeks where beneficiaries may receive their annual influenza shot.
The temporary clinic will be open 22 Oct to 9 Nov.
7am to 4pm - Mondays and Fridays
9am to 6pm - Tuesdays
The temporary clinic will be located at 207 Bastogne Avenue (next to Bank of America).
All TRICARE beneficiaries may stop-by to receive the vaccine without an appointment with no out-of pocket expense.
