DFMWR Sports, Fitness and Aquatics (SFA) is thrilled to host the Glow with the Flow Run! Whether you want to walk, jog, or run, come out and illuminate the night with us.

Event Highlights:

• Choose Your Distance: 1-Mile and 5K routes available.

• Get Glowing: Run through 6 fluorescent neon glow-in-the-dark color stations along the route! 🎨

• Strike a Pose: Capture the memories at our photo booth featuring fun glow-in-the-dark props. 📸

• Collect Your Bling: 🏅 This run is the 2nd piece of the exclusive 3-piece run series medal set! Make sure you are there to earn yours.
