Step Aerobics Challenge

This is a 2020 PFC Challenge Series event.

Join us for a Step Aerobics session and show yourself some love by exercising your body.

Open to Soldiers, Family members, Retirees, DoD Civilians who are age 16 or older.
Age 13 to 15 may participate if accompanied by an adult.

We encourage attendees to dress in red for Valentine's Day.

Prizes for the best costume, most energetic and most motivating to others.
