Resiliency Through Art (RTA) is open to Soldiers, Family Members, DoD Civilians, and Retirees.

Must be age 18+
Art is a wonderful outlet for expression and is indeed another form of language.
This program focuses on the process of personal expression through art, in a small group setting. Participants find art naturally relaxing when used in this supportive environment.
Art can provide great relief for anyone dealing with separation, sadness, anxiety, or anger and can boost self-esteem and confidence.
No prior experience is needed or required!
This program is not an instructor led class. It focuses on expression through art rather than on producing a finished product. Assistance will be available by Arts & Crafts staff if needed.
Units can schedule group sessions.
