 22 Feb, 2027  22 laps on the indoor track.
 22 Mar, 2027  Three sets of 22 Sit-Ups.
 22 Apr, 2027  Three sets of 22 Arm Circles with dumbbells.
 22 May, 2027  Three sets of 22 Squat Thrusters with choice weight.
 22 Jun, 2027  Two sets of 11 Deadlifts with choice weight.
 22 Jul, 2027  22 Ball Throws against the wall.
 22 Sept, 2027  22 full-court laps.
