Individuals will take on an indoor obstacle course that includes the Alpha Warrior Rig.

Obstacle Course Style
Rowing, Step-ups, Sandbag Slams, Overhead Lunges, Ski-erg
Prizes will be given for first, second and third for both Men's and Women's cagegories.
Free t-shirt for participants.
