Here's how it works: You get one uninterrupted hour to focus on your fitness goals, while we lead your kids (ages 7-12) in a fun and active workout session in the multi-purpose room. It's a win-win for the whole family!

Family Strong begins 18 February 2026. It will be held on Wednesdays at 6 p.m. at Sabo PFC.

$5 per child per day
