Parent & Me and Preschool Gymnastics
A program that explores body movement through fundamental gymnastics skills, music, and games. Parents are required to participate in parent/child classes. For the safety of your children, no siblings will be allowed on the gymnastics floor or allowed to sit unattended in the waiting area.
Tumbling
A tumbling program for children who will be taught cartwheels, round offs, handstands, and back walkovers progressing into back handsprings; front tumbling such as front limbers, front walkovers and front handsprings.
