Makerspace: Holiday Ornaments

Join the R.F. Sink Library MakerSpace for a variety of fun and engaging activities, this time focused on creating your very own unique holiday ornaments! Whether you're an aspiring artist or simply love making something new, this workshop is the perfect place to explore and craft.

Each session will feature creative projects inspired by the holiday season, using a mix of arts, crafts, and hands-on STREAM (Science, Technology, Reading, Engineering, Arts, and Math) principles. Learn techniques ranging from simple decoupage and paper crafts to more involved upcycling and design challenges.

What to Expect:

• Arts & Crafts: Use different materials and techniques to design personalized ornaments.

• STREAM Integration: Explore concepts like geometry in design or the simple engineering of a sturdy hanging mechanism.

• Seasonal Inspiration: Take home beautiful, handmade ornaments to decorate your tree or give as thoughtful gifts.
