The applicant warrants the following:
1. The company/applicant is presently licensed to sell in the State of Kentucky (if required) and all State regulations for selling on this Installation will be followed. Any change in license status will be reported to DFMWR, Financial Management Branch, T-39 Indiana Ave, Fort Campbell, Kentucky 42223. The applicant understands that it is their responsibility to find out State regulatory requirements. The applicant will also provide a copy of their license to sell in the State of Kentucky, if required.
2. The company agrees to report if this applicant is terminated.
3. The applicant and/or company solicitation privileges are not currently suspended, denied or revoked, and have not been suspended, denied or revoked within the last five years. The applicant and/or company are not currently and have not been barred from any installation for any reason. If previously denied, suspended, or barred, list on a separate page, dates, location and circumstances surrounding the suspension/denial/debarment action.
4. The company/applicant assumes full responsibility for compliance by its agent(s) with AR 210-7 and with any regulations promulgated or published by Fort Campbell relating to solicitation on a military installation. - Cost: $25 per each event day.

📢 Haunted hayride that ends at the entrance to the Haunted House. Next to the haunted house will be the festival venue with food trucks, vendor booths, music, games and activities.

📢 This year Campbell Crossing is hosting their inaugural Holiday Parade which will lead into the annual Tree Lighting followed by photos with Santa and the holiday market. Holiday market will feature activities, food trucks and vendor booths.
