The AVC is a new way of thinking about volunteers and volunteering within the Army. The AVC embraces existing volunteer programs, unites all volunteers who support Soldiers and Families, including the Active Force, National Guard, and Army Reserve, and formalizes the Army’s commitment to volunteerism.

Better Opportunities for Single Soldiers (BOSS) is a program that supports the overall quality of life for single Soldiers. BOSS identifies well-being issues and concerns by recommending improvements through the chain of command.  BOSS encourages and assists single Soldiers in identifying and planning for recreational and leisure activities.  Additionally, BOSS provides single Soldiers the opportunity to participate in and contribute to their respective communities.  Motivated single Soldiers with strong senior Military and MWR guidance are the backbone of the BOSS program.

The Challenge Course, located outside of Gate 10 on the end of Lafayette Road (that turns into Airborne Division Road at the intersection) and across the street from Outdoor Recreation, is an exciting and adventurous way to test your skills both individually and with a team.
The course includes the Odyssey, the Carolina T-Wall, the Alpine Tower, and the Team Development Course.
The Odyssey is our largest structure at 50 feet high and 360 feet long.  It includes cargo nets, zip lines, sliding platforms, and cables suspended in mid-air.  Suitable for ages 12 and up.
The Carolina T-Wall sits just shy of 50' and has eight different faces simulating a realistic style of rock climbing.  Suitable for ages 5 and up.
The Alpine Tower is a 50' high obstacle course that's the ideal adult jungle gym.  Suitable for ages 5 and up.

Cole Park Golf Course is one of the finest golfing facilities in the Army.
Our goal is to provide golfers in our Army community with everything they desire in a top-notch golf facility. From the dramatic course and friendly staff to our practice facilities - we are here to provide you with a terrific golfing experience.  Our 18-hole championship golf course has a variety of different terrains which challenge all levels of golfers from beginners to advanced.
Our experienced staff welcomes the Fort Campbell community to come out and share in the fun of the game.
