Zumba Grace Shaw PFC Mon, Wed, Fri 9:00am A super fun and high energy dance fitness workout featuring Latin, Hip Hop and various other dance styles for a workout that is bound to get your heart rate up, your body moving and make you SWEAT!  This exercise in disguise class is moderate to intense yet appropriate for all fitness levels since you are the dancer moving to the beat of the music.
Total Burn Grace Shaw PFC Mon, Wed, Fri 10:15am
(30 minutes)
Total Burn is a form of exercise that increases muscular strength and endurance. It involves exercising muscles using some form of resistance, such as weights, bands, or bodyweight working against gravity.

Ashley Shaw PFC Mon 12:00pm Drawing on techniques from Krav Maga, Muay Thai, and wrestling, Dynamic Defense delivers focused training in real-world self-defense and equips students with the skills and confidence to handle challenging situations effectively.
Tai Chi Kyle SHAW PFC Tue & Thu 9:00am Tai Chi is a low impact, "meditation in motion" practice that combines slow movements with deep breathing to reduce stress, improve balance, and increase flexibility. It is highly effective for reducing falls in older adults, lowering blood pressure, easing arthritis pain, and improving overall mental health, making it an accessible exercise for all fitness levels. 
Spinning Molly Shaw PFC Tue & Thu 4:30pm A form of exercise with classes focusing on endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity, and recovery.
Hop To It-Dance Fitness Brittany Shaw PFC Tue & Thu 6:30pm This high-energy cardio hip hop class is designed for all levels, especially beginners looking to have fun while breaking a sweat. You’ll learn easy-to-follow choreography set to upbeat music, helping you build confidence, coordination, and endurance. No dance experience needed—just come ready to move, let loose, and enjoy a judgment-free, feel-good workout!

MixxedFit Shay Shaw PFC Wed 6:00PM MixxedFit is a people-inspired fitness program that combines explosive dance movements with bodyweight toning. Our moves are easy to follow and repetitive, we play all types of genre of music. We incorporate bodyweight toning and HIIT style exercises so you can challenge yourself.
